Solving complex problems

Started as a UX designer in 2011, building products for startups and agencies out of Sydney. Over the years I became the lead designer that enterprises call when they need experience design that actually works at scale: Microsoft, Salesforce, Meta, Starbucks.

In late 2024 I founded BlockPattern to apply 15 years of systems thinking to something new: autonomous AI agent networks. The core problem hasn't changed: humans need to work with complex systems without losing their minds. The tools have.

I'm based in Sydney, work globally, and believe the best technology is the kind you stop noticing.
