A complete redesign of the Microsoft 365 Blog was conducted by 10up and launched in 2022. I was in tasked with leading the user experience design efforts, specifically focused on the development of a new information architecture, the creation and presentation of wireframes and conducting user testing and usability studies throughout the redesign process.
The design portion of the project took 5 months to complete and was a resounding success with the business, particularly the information architecture direction which drove important changes to the navigation. All measured metrics were increased upon testing post site launch, proving our efforts were well placed.
